Excellent service, very friendly and accommodating staff! All of them without exception and a special thanks to Yulia for her warm welcome. Clean, comfortable and tasteful room. Also had the best cappuccino in town here and delicious food. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone I know planning a visit to Cortina. Notes: a long walk to town but they offer a complimentary shuttle service from 8am to 8pm. No air conditioning in the room but they did bring me a fan. Drowned out noise from the cars in the street early in the morning and also cooled down the room for bedtime. Also as other reviews mentioned regarding the hot tub in the spa, it was not quite hot.

We had a great experience at this hotel. Our room had a terrific view of the mountains and was spacious and clean. The food was great. We enjoyed a very nice breakfast each morning and also ate dinner at the hotel, which was very good. The staff was extremely friendly, hospitable, warm and welcoming. The spa amenities are nice. The only thing they could have improved was there hot tub was not hot and they also charge you to use the sauna, which is a bit of a bummer. Great experience overall though and would definitely recommend this hotel for a luxurious stay in the mountains.

The hotel was very nice overall and a short drive to Cortina. The front desk, bellman, and bar/restaurant staff were extremely accommodating and made us feel very much at home. However, it was warm weather and only way to cool down the room was open a window. But on the first floor there are only exterior doors. Also, the spa massage was less than ideal. Maybe having trained professionals would be better. Lastly, the bar should also should take better inventory since they ran out of bourbon after only two servings. These little things can be corrected and we look forward to returning here.

Dear Susanna, thank you for making things right. We really appreciate your effort to take our needs into consideration. Thank you! Afternote: we stayed 4 fabulous nights in room 102. The views were great; we loved the wraparound balcony. We also appreciate Julia's great service. If I had two suggestions to make, it would be i) to have some variety in hot breakfast items from day to day ( eating the same items 4 mornings in a row did tire after a while) and ii) at this price point, perhaps make the garage parking Inclusive in the rate.

The entire staff is excellent, extremely helpful, giving us excellent recommendations and overall so nice and helpful. The best service we have had so far in this area. The room is gorgeous, room 205, which is the larger one with the loft bedroom. I love that it is modern but still a traditional design. The breakfast is delicious with a beautiful view and we really enjoyed our dinner. The pool is wonderful but as someone else noted the hot tub is not hot. Also one important warning for families, they typically do not allow children in the pool after 5 PM so plan accordingly!!

Our stay has been fantastic. The whole stuff is incredible and the food is exceptional. We booked the halfboard and thought this was the best decision. The restaurant manager is exceptional at his job and always helped me with the glutenfree options. Highly recommened and we will come again! 🤩 …

While the location and the hotel itself are truly great, the staff is what makes this place so special. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who travels to the Dolomites region. A few observations: -modern high-end 50 room hotel with the local touch -tastefully designed rooms with great amenities -awesome spa area with lap pool and sauna rooms -views are breathtaking -great breakfast and overall f&b -staff has superb customer centered skills. I would hire the whole team in a heartbeat.
